Construction of sixty-four (64) dwellings, with infrastructure works (water system, sewage and stormwater drain systems, gas network, street lighting, landscaping). Dwellings were built as per the traditional construction system. Units are distributed in monoblock buildings with ground floor and three above-ground levels. Covered area: 4,400 m²
