DESCRIPTION

The multi-level building has unified offices for all consular procedures, Embassy official reception halls, and the Ambassador's dwelling area. It was executed as per the highest quality standards, and it has a standalone air conditioning system for each of the above areas. The project included dwellings for all the maintenance personnel, as well as a general parking area for the Consulate personnel. It also has an outdoor swimming pool and landscaping, blending it into the Plaza Francia gardens. The high-quality materials used in constructing it were purchased directly abroad by the Embassy, by using franchises it owned. These included, among others: U.S. Westinghouse air conditioning equipment, U.S. Standard restroom fittings, Italian Boticcino and Carrara marble, polarized crystals and linoleum from England. 4,500 m².
