Building between party walls of adjacent buildings, with ground and underground levels and 6 above-ground levels, to be used by the National School of Technical Education. The building comprises: Classrooms, laboratory, workshops, administration office, and gymnasium. Structure in reinforced concrete and exposed concrete façade, completed with metallic sunshades and openings. The project was performed as per CONET-BID Agreement. Covered area: 5,198 m².
