This construction is composed of two towers, each one with ground floor and fourteen above-ground levels. One of the towers contains 98 dwelling units, one janitor dwelling unit, and three commercial stores; the other tower contains 28 dwelling units and one janitor dwelling unit. The first tower has 7 units per level –6 3-bedroom units and 1 4-bedroom unit–, and the second one has all 4-bedroom units. Covered area: 16,800 m².
