DESCRIPTION
Building between party walls of adjacent buildings, with ground and underground levels and 14 above-ground levels, totaling 28 dwelling units. Structure in reinforced concrete, with windbracing portals, and masonry lateral enclosures. The project followed the traditional construction system. This project was financed as per the "Río Mar" plan. Covered area: 3,200 m².
