STAGE 1 a – 184 DWELLINGS. Construction of 184 dwellings, with infrastructure works (running water system, sewage and stormwater drain systems, gas network, street lighting, landscaping). The project followed the traditional construction system. Units are distributed in monoblock buildings with ground floor and 3 above-ground levels. Covered area: 10,000 m²
